Character & Fitness Questionnaire:
You must contact the Department of Motor Vehicles for any state in which you have held a license in the last five (5) years and obtain a current driving record (certified or non-certified) from each of those states. Such record must be dated within 60 days of submission to the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners.
